Mark did an excellent job restoring a computer we use as a Point Of Sale system. We are an expanding restaurant chain, and timely service is an absolute necessity for us. We thought for sure it was a total loss. The machine wouldn't even turn on! It turned out the the hard drive and motherboard went bad. Mark had a new computer built, and to us with all the restaurant data in tact within a week. This is not someone who knows just a little more than your average person. Whether it be hardware, software, networking, or trouble shooting... Mark knows his business front to back, and his service is outstanding. We had been using someone who never showed up at the appointed time, rarely called to let us know or reschedule and just eventually showed up, sometimes not until the following day. The day Mark first came to us was after the third day waiting and it became apparent our tech person had stopped responding and ultimately disappeared. An employee and friend of Mark’s recommended him and, now, as an extremely happy customer, as long as he can provide the service, there is no one else I would ever consider using. He is our permanent go to tech guy. Mark is easy to contact, is always on time, is very professional, efficient and knowledgeable, but also knows how to quickly find the answer if something new comes up. And very important for me, is also extremely nice. He always goes over and above just helping with problems by making very helpful suggestions, but never pushing. Mark has showed us how existing programs were holding us back and has set us up on better programs and also on new ones which have expanded both our computer and phone usage on site and off site. He is also making our life much easier by setting us up remotely to provide an even faster repair response and not have to wait for him to come to our office. The last time here, Mark also gave me (extremely technically challenged) some very helpful and educational information regarding my PC and mobile phone use. I am a senior nursing student who will be graduating this year with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Due to this down economy,many hospitals are only accepting 15 graduating nursing students out of 600 applicants for thier new RN grad positions. Throughout the course of my nursing education, 7 years, I have compiled photos of my projects along with captions of what the projects' entailed. I had all of my work within a binder and had desperately been wondering if it was possible to create some type of electronic portfolio that I could email to a prospective nursing employer that would showcase my work as well as the numerous schoarships, and certifications/certificates that I have recieved-Mark made this possible for me. He compiled all of my work into a PDF file and now I feel I am much more marketable to employers because of that. The quality is great and I am very satisfied with his work. I just have to say that Mark is very professional and he knows what he is doing. I have never met anyone who could help me the way he does. He is available pretty much 24/7 and unlike most people he actually cares and wants to see that everything gets taken care of to your satisfaction and more. He has taught me how to do certain things with my computer and my HTC Fuze that I never would have known they could even do. I have contacted Geek Matrix in an effort to rid my computer of spyware and trojan horses that have obviously attached themselves over the course of the year. My computer has been running at an incredibly slow speed and it has frequently frozen/locked up, that I have to shut it down and reboot it. My frustration level has been steadily increasing because I work full time as an accountant, and my computer is literally my lifeline. I estimate that I've been losing at least one hour of productivity each day because of the reduced computer speed. After I explained my problems and allowed Geek Matrix to remotely take over, they spent over two hours reviewing everything on my computer, identifying all the problems and correcting them. My computer is again running at top speed, and I am delighted. I highly recommend Geek Matrix services to anyone having similar problems. After dealing with a well known computer company on the phone for 6 hours plus when our computer crashed, no way was I going to spend another 6 hours on the phone when less than a month later our computer advised us that we had a virus... the computer sat there for about a week. Well I just happened to be at the right place at the right time. My son's school was hosting a Career Day, Geek Matrix just happened to be there. When I found out that he dealt with computers, I literally ran out the door asking him for help. Wow I thought, finally someone who we can talk to in person. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was talking about. I contacted Mark, later that evening and he advised me that he would come out to our home to pick up the hard drive. He came to our rescue, fixed our computer making us all happy that we have now found a reliable person to help us out whenever he is needed. Mark has helped me alter photos, change backgrounds, convert raster images to vectors, adjust levels and curves within photos, restore damaged photos, create very specific and complex text effects- just to name a few of the predicaments from which Mark has saved me. It seems that there is no problem too complex for Mark to solve. The most beneficial part of contacting Mark with my technical problems is that he doesn't just solve them: he shows me the techniques so that when I come across a similar problem in the future, I'll have the tools to solve it myself. His level of technical knowledge is matched only by his level of patience. He is always willing to help me, and is always patient enough to walk me through the solution. There have been many
times during which I don't know what I would have done if it hadn't
been for Mark's help. I will continue to work with him far into the
future, and will recommend him to anyone who has technical computer

I am impressed with Mark Caswell's enthusiasm, communication skills and professional demeanor. His knowledge of computers is over the top and he has taught me a great deal about computers. I was very frustrated as I had several clients that I needed to get documents to before the end of the business day. If they did not receive these, not only would time and money be lost - but my reputation as a reliable person. I called up Mark Caswell, and he came over within a short period of time. He was able to correct this issue using his computer skills that were far beyond my own. I was able to use Outlook to get the documents out on time, and saved a lot of hassle. It was 100% worth the small fee that Mr. Caswell charged, I would have paid double to get things working again within this very tight timeframe. Thank you Mark! Jason
